Refund policy

RETURNS

Sugar Paper accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please email us at online@sugarpaper.mom for a return label. There is a $10 return shipping fee for returns that will be deducted from the total refund to your original form of payment. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards, personalized products, and any products marked as final sale are not eligible for return. 

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will credit you once it has been received.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
